"This property stands out for its beauty, setting on the lake, professional staff, excellent cuisine, and attention to detail. Everything was perfect: We got an upgrade to a well appointed suite which made it special. Dinner was outstanding, as was the service. Breakfast was excellent. It’s a short and inexpensive taxi ride, and well worth it, compared to the noisy crowded downtown."

"The staff were very friendly. The hotel is quite nice and the rooms are very spacious. The hotel is quite cold. We had a space heater in our room and an extra blanket on the bed. The breakfast is okay. The coffee wasn’t very hot. The area around the hotel has lots of restaurants and bars which is lovely. "

"The staff was nice but they speak little to no English. The location is nice and close to many shops and the city center. The room was clean, however, the water takes at least five minutes of running to warm and the room was FREEZING!!! They did not turn on the heat and the lows were in the 30’s. The four blankets on the bed were not enough to keep warm. "
