"I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Napoli, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location was absolutely amazing—perfectly situated for exploring the city and close to everything you’d want to see and do. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, quick, and very convenient, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the thoughtful details, like the slippers provided in the room—it’s little touches like that which make a stay feel more comfortable and welcoming. A special thank you goes to Nicoletta, who truly went above and beyond during our stay. She made sure everything at breakfast was always fully stocked and fresh, and even kindly offered us bananas to take with us on our way out. "A wonderful hotel! It houses an incredible collection of original Italian design pieces from the 1950s. The first floor was designed by Gio Ponti and features original period furnishings! An incredible experience! These are pieces you’d find in the world’s finest museums. Breakfast is just as fantastic, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Castel dell’Ovo and chairs by Carlo de Carli! An incredible place with a fantastic staff. For design lovers, this is a must-experience."

"Being in Piazzetta Nilo made this hotel a great spot to stay. It placed everything me and my girlfriend wanted to see within walking distance (max 25 min walk). The main street is close by and there is plenty of shops and food in the surrounding neighborhood. To top it off the Veiled christ statue is only 1 block away!"

"Shops were not that far. But there’s a construction going on in front of the hotel and they starts early and it’s very noisy. "

"The first room we were assigned was located directly in the lobby area with the door facing the front desk, which is very noisy. We paid extra to upgrade to a room on the second floor. In the next morning We found ants on the bathroom floor, and many ants on a white pillow in the upgraded room. When I brought the pillow case which was inside out with ants sealed inside to the front desk. The 1st staff said you should bring it back to your room... later on a 2nd staff came to our room and told us they had only found ants in rooms on the first floor and had never seen ants on the second floor. He asked whether we had brought food into the room, which we absolutely had not. He even suggested—while pointing two fingers at us—that the ants might have been brought in by us from a train or airplane, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. In addition, the safe boxes in both rooms did not work. Overall, the hotel felt more like a 2–3 star property and did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel."

"This hotel location was perfect! Laredo st just around the corner and Galaria Umberto across the street. Josh was on duty when we arrived, he was very friendly and helpful. Please note when checking in (specially after hours) the entrance maybe confusing. Look for the intercom on the left for entry..reception is on the 3rd floor. "
