The hospitality was superb. The decor was lovely very stylish. I loved that we were in an area that was accessible to public transportation. I was able to jump on the bus and go to grand Villa and Plaza de España. There was a local market down the street where in case you want to buy water and fruit and yogurt and just necessities that you may want in your room I highly recommend the hotel when we go back to Madrid I will be staying there.

El hotel necesita bastante renovación ya que es bastante viejo. El espacio de la habitación está ok pero necesitan poner colchones más cómodos. Ese día le estaban haciendo mantenimiento al agua y cuando me fui a bañar el agua salió amarilla hasta que la dejé correr hasta que se aclarara.

Tucked away just steps from the Alcazar. A little hard to find on a motorcycle but there’s free motorcycle parking just across the square. Unfortunately the hotel’s rooftop bar was under renovation but otherwise it’s a great choice. Breakfast either early or later to avoid the crowds on package tours. ...

Stayed for 2 nights. Amazing hotel with nice decor. Attentive staff. Rooms were clean- room service daily is a bonus. Had the room with the views of the alcazar and it was unreal. 10/10. Will definitely be back.
