"El hotel es antiguo, pero está muy bien mantenido; lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación desde donde uno llega caminando a lugares turísticos como el Porto Antico y la Plazza Ferrari; el personal tuvo una atención "normal"; ni muy amable y tampoco desagradable, haciendo la salvedad con Antonio, quien nos recibió al llegar y nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias y más. El desayuno muy bueno, el lugar amplio y la variedad justa; ni mucha ni poca. La habitación y cama bien amplias, como también el baño, sólo que con tanto espacio disponible el lugar de la ducha quizás podría ampliarse, ya que resulta extremadamente pequeño al cerrar el cubículo. "This was once a grand hotel, now a little past its prime. But it was perfectly good for our needs: a quiet (very quiet) place to sleep and grab a meal the night before a very early flight out. The restaurant's food was excellent. Our room was very large and comfortable. Very easy walking distance to the terminal as well as car rental."

"Beautiful lobby, bar area and room. We got the family room which was an absolute delight and pleasant surprise. Two large adjacent luxurious rooms with fantastic amenities and toiletries. The staff is very quick to respond and bring any additional needs requested. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good system of reserving taxis if needed and can do this in a jiffy. Breakfast was great at the hotel too. Since it is in the city center, the noise level at night time is something that takes a little adjustment (ambulances, scooters, cars) driving by but the room was so good that it was a little compromise to make. Kids loved the room! Wish we would have stayed more. The old style elevator adds a touch of charm as well!"

"Great hotel and would definitely stay again. The pool is fantastic and there’s a good range of food at the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately we had to change rooms after the third night of our stay as they couldn’t accommodate us in the same room for all 4 nights (we did know this before arriving) - the new room had no working tv (not a big deal I know) or aircon and it was really hot that day/night. The staff at reception did provide a fan for the room, but it wasn’t great. Other than that the stay was very enjoyable."
