The description was incorrect. It said bathroom, but there was not a bathroom, but a toilet behind a glass door and a shower behind a glass door, so you heard and saw everything. The pictures were deceiving, since there was no separate bathroom.
We had booked a courtyard view, but there was no courtyard we could see.
Since it was called UMusic Hotel with a music hall venue, we were unable to see any music being performed while we were there for 5 nights. We asked to see the music being performed, but were told we were not allowed in for any of the shows.
Highly disappointed with the listing photos of the room and access to the music hall.
If this is a 5 star hotel, it did not meet the requirements as listed on the web site.
But, the staff was great and the breakfast delicious.

Location is fantastic, right amongst shops and cafes/restaurants. Metro across the road was convenient. Hotel has great rooms and breakfast was superb! Friendly staff and 2 elevators made the stay very pleasant. We had room on 4th floor overlooking Gran Via and having double glazed windows and block out curtains made the stay nice and quiet (and dark when curtains closed). Air Con worked very well in the 30c plus weather. Would definitely recommend and would come back again for sure.

Wonderful room! Very comfortable. GREAT location.
The breakfast, however, was not good (not many choices, poor-quality coffee, and limited fruit options). In addition, the breakfast was in a dingy room. The breakfast staff did what they could, but their options were limited.
In short, I would recommend staying here. but, I would recommend skipping the optional breakfast.

"We were given an accessible room even though we hadn’t requested one. The layout was impractical for us: the bathroom mirror was extremely low, there were no proper bedside tables, just a tiny ledge, and there were visible holes/scuff marks on the wall where something appeared to have been removed. ..."
