Cashiers downtown getaway

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a 2-person sleeper sofa in a bonus room/office sleeps up to 8 guests. This makes it perfect for larger families, friends or couples traveling together. Enjoy the large flat screen smart TV in the comfy living room, cooking in the spacious kitchen or sitting on the wrap around deck with your favorite drink of choice and let the kids play in the large yard which also offers a gas BBQ for use.
The location is perfect for visiting the quaint mountain town of Cashiers with local stores and boutiques as well as outdoor activities such as hiking, golfing, waterfalls, skiing at Sapphire Valley Resort in the winter, renting a boat on Lake Glenville, fly fishing, Blue Ridge Parkway or the Great Smoky Mountain National Park (about 1 1/2 hours). From mid-October through early November you can see the famous Shadow of the Bear off Highway 64 on your way to Highlands. The shadow appears around 5:30pm for about 30 minutes on sunny days.

This property is one of the few vacation rentals right in the town of Cashiers. The complete upper level is for your use - surrounded by one acre of grass and wooded area with a stream along one property line. Our own property management company office with separate driveway and parking is located on the lower level of the building and closed on weekends. It is usually very quiet and doesn't have a lot of traffic.

This property is in a fantastic central location—just minutes from the shops, restaurants, and activities in Cashiers. The home was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped (even though we didn’t cook, it had everything you could need). We were also greeted with some thoughtful welcome snacks, which was a lovely touch.Our host, Isabelle, truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. Her kindness and attentiveness gave us real peace of mind throughout our trip.Between the comfortable accommodations, great location, and exceptional hospitality, I would absolutely recommend this property. 10 out of 10!

We came to town for a wedding in Cashiers. The location was perfect for all venues. The house was very roomy and clean. We had an issue where we had to contact the owner and they were very prompt and helpful, and took care of it quickly.

Perfect stay for our son’s wedding

We really enjoyed this property, which was located conveniently to the Village Green, restaurants and shopping. We could walk there on a back road. The kitchen was able to accommodate fixing a grand meal for my family and we enjoyed lovely conversations on the deck. Stargazing was amazing. The host Isabel was very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Great location in Cashiers! Nicely decorated home with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! It was close to hikes, shopping, and restaurants! The home was clean, well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation! Very spacious as well. We enjoyed the games provided and use of the fire pit in the yard. Highly recommend!

A Gem in the Village: Perfect 3BR/3BA in Downtown Cashiers!This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental exceeded all our expectations and was the absolute perfect base for our weekend getaway in the Blue Ridge Mountains.You truly cannot beat this spot! Being situated right in downtown Cashiers was incredibly convenient. We were able to walk to the Village, all the quaint local shops, and some fantastic restaurants. Despite the central location, the home felt secluded and peaceful.The 3-bedroom, 3-bath layout was a dream for our group. Having a full private bathroom for each bedroom offered privacy and ease, a rare find in vacation rentals! The entire property was immaculate, clearly well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the high-quality linens made us feel like we were at a five-star hotel.If you are looking for a spacious and perfectly located rental for a group or family in Cashiers, stop looking and book this property. Highly recommended.

Even better than I expected

We had such a nice stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were in town for a wedding and the location worked well for us. Easy access to town, great yard for kids to play and well stocked kitchen. The house is truly a 4 bedroom home with a large living room, dinning room AND kitchen. Extremely clean, family friendly and the host was very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home.

Prime location

This property is on one of the main roads and easy to find. We did not get outside as much as we would like to have as it was gorgeous!! A nice wrap around deck gave great views all around. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

The property was ideal for our needs. It was extremely clean and well stocked. The coffee service was good but we would have liked some coffee creamer & decaf coffee. We loved the location and the beautiful surroundings. The queen sized bed was squeaky and the mattress was a bit worn and soft, but all other beds were great. We appreciated the easy check in, WiFi and instructions.
