"This was a lovely hotel in an area that we wanted to explore. The service, room and restaurant were all fantastic. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed being able to go outside and walk along the Rhine, and enjoy the view of the Chateau, vineyards and area. Parking was very easy and safe. Only complaint is that some of the switches were hard to figure out, esp in the bathroom… maybe when the staff shows you the room, make sure to inquire! "

"It was our second visit to the hotel, we first stayed here in July 2024 and again in August 2025. On both occasions, it was the last hotel we stayed in before travelling back to the UK and we thought it would be nice to end our European road trip in the same place. There's ample parking and despite there being a Casino on site you don't notice any rowdy behaviour etc. It's a respectable place and well located spot for wine aficionados. The hotel Spa facilities are great, really clean and well maintained. Highly recommend you take swimwear with you even if you are stopping for just one night. We dined at the hotel and the food at both dinner and breakfast are fresh and of high quality. The only minor issue I noticed was the slightly worn out edge of our bathroom door in our hotel room - this is probably due to water damage on wood but I put this down to basic maintenance. Other than that, definitely suggest this place as a quiet sanctuary before heading back to reality! "

"Hotel booked last minute due to a cancelled flight. Thy were really helpful priding toothbrushes and lending phone chargers. Delicious breakfast. Very clean, bathrooms are a bit dated and no tea and coffee facilities in the room. But comfy bed and lovely bedding. "
