"We got stuck at the airport because of a tornado. We were so thankful for the staff at the DoubleTree. Rhonda (?) at the front desk, the shuttle driver and the waitress at the restaurant were all excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience when we were so upset. Thank you!"
"The only complaint I have is we came down from the casino to grab our bags at 1055 and we were already locked out the room. The checkout time is 1100. It was easy for her to reset it but that was annoying!!"
