"This property was listed as a "three star" property. No way. The room was mostly clean but in poor condition. Public areas and elevator were dirty. Someone spilled what appeared to be juice throughout the entry way, main hallway and near the elevator... the spill was there for hours and even when some of it was mopped, cleaning the mess was incomplete. Room had broken blinds and cabinets. TV needed to be reset to operate. No coffee maker in room."

"The heater/air conditioner was LOUD when on, so we shut off. The bed was uncomfortable with a middle divit. Bathroom had other ppl hairs.and whats with the THIN paper products. Very disappointed as we have always had great rooms at other Tru hotels."

"The first thing we saw when we walked into the room was a big roach on the curtains. We turned around and went back to the front desk and "unchecked" in. They did not give us any problem with getting our money back but gave my family that was with me a hard time. We were together so none of us could stay there. The hallway was just nasty and dirty. Definitely not a good place to stay. It needs a lot of work but is dirty and with bugs. That is the part that is unacceptable."

"The hotel was clean, front desk concierge was polite, the casino was a very short walk from the hotel. It was a good stay. "

"The room was said to be nonsmoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. The clerk was smoking and the lobby smelled terrible. He did not greet us. Was always watching TV anytime no one was at the counter. The hotel said free breakfast as the first thing you saw on the hotel website. In actuality there was coffee and a donut only. In our hotel room the bathroom sink was almost completely clogged. The shower handle was falling off."
