Casino at Green Valley Ranch Resort

Everything was beautiful! The property was clean and comfortable, and the staff was kind and pleasant. My only disappointment was that after checkout, I was billed for alcoholic beverages and an intimacy kit. I called to let them know that we did not use any of these products, and they kindly refunded the charges. I appreciate that they resolved the issue and refunded me, but I still didn’t appreciate being charged for items that we did not use and would not have touched. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

I usually love staying with Jet Luxury at Vdara, but this stay in the Parlor room was a major letdown. The AC barely functioned, and the unit showed significant wear and tear including loose tiles lifting off the bathroom floor and missing shower sealant. The layout was much smaller than pictured, the view was just the parking lot, and account services weren't working for our room. Disappointing experience compared to my past stays here. Needless to say I will not be booking this room again.

We checked in on Aug.30th originally booked a two queen deluxe room with walk in shower. But was given a king as person at desk said they didn't have it. Reading lights did not work fridge was sitting on wood boards.Neither of us slept well so asked next morning for original booking room with two beds. Was given that but went to take a shower and water was scalding hot. So went and reported it. Maintenance came but could not fix so was given another room directly below that room and shower temp was not usable there either. Went back down talked to manager and he refunded money for 3 days hotel cost.
