The view and the residence are worth the steps down to your own private flat with a beautiful balcony. Truly loved the quiet seclusion from the Lake Lugano touristy hangouts we’ve been staying in lately. Sadly we could not partake of the pool one level below, but perhaps we will have the opportunity to visit during the summer months. The terrace is wonderfully large filled with beautiful flowers, plenty of seating, optional large awning for shade, a fire pit we sadly did not get to use, etc. There is a dated feel to the apartment which works for those that want that Italian feel. We really loved the electric “Rolladen”, the rolling shutters that provide extra security and privacy. There is a beautiful walk to be had with easy access down the stairs, otherwise there is a treadmill and stationary bicycle with an impressive view to exercise from. The kitchen has all the basics but there was no access to the freezer. However when a member of our party was injured, likety split we were provided ice packs and a hospital recommendation, saving us an unnecessary visit to the local clinic. The doctor at home was very impressed with the treatment provided. A final note that agrees with all the other reviews. The cleanliness was a step above. We hope to visit again soon.

Die Ferienwohnung besticht insbesondere durch nachfolgende Charakteristika:- sehr sauber und gepflegt - insbesondere sind hier auch die sanitären Anlagen hervorzuheben - sehr gut ausgestattete und sortierte Küche - hervorragendes Platzangebot - Wohnung wirkt wie aus einem Guß, d.h. in sich stimmig und eben nicht als "Resterampe" für ausgesonderte Sachen - viele Sitzmöglichkeiten auf einer Terrasse, die keine Wünsche offen läßt (sehr viel Platz, Beschattungsmöglichkeit via Markise, Top-Aussicht)- Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Unterkunft garantiert- Check-in Möglichkeit über Schlüsselkasten - Kommunikation mit Vermieter 1A (Erreichbarkeit, Freundlichkeit)- Objekt liegt im Bereich einer Sackgasse und ohnehin ist die Umgebung wenig verkehrsfrequentiert, d.h. nicht zuletzt kinderfreundlich - niedliche Katzenschar erfreut die Kinder ;-)

Top Lage und nette Vermieter

…. Unglaublich schön ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse, die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das schadet dem gesamten Objekt keinerlei. Unbedingt im Sommer reisen ….
