"Hotel is really nice, big rooms, clean, staff is very attentive. Camilo was wonderful , he would recommend places, trips, tours, even the taxi. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of options. No view whatsoever. But as soon as you step out of the hotel you could see the mountains. Overall wonderful, would recommend ."

"The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again."

"This hotel is in a historic home and is a much better experience than staying in a large hotel. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is hearty. It is in a residential area, so be sure to get a dinner recommendation for the area before you head out. The best thing about this place is the staff. Everyone there does everything they can to be responsive, helpful and welcoming. I’d definitely stay there again."

"Clean, good WiFi and friendly helpful staff on reception. There weren’t blackout blinds despite what the listing said and it wasn’t as nice as the photos on the listing (mine was a different room to those listed). Most disappointingly was the lack of communication after I arrived. I asked for help with how to use the oven and had no response for the remaining 3 nights I stayed there so I was unable to use it. Location wasn’t the best for seeing the city in my opinion and walking to the metro didn’t feel overly safe."
