A great place for familys

We are a family with 3 children (7,5,2). This place was amazing, clean and close to the ocean. The garden boasts lots of shade and is gated. The boys loved the pool and we loved that it was quiet. We highly reccomend this place and will be back next year! Thank you

Perfect location and set up

Property is exactly like in the pictures. Pool, jacuzzi and kids play area are private and in the shade. Great access to beach front (walk 5m). Balcony is really nice to dine in and the canopy protects it from the heat. Bravi!

Great House with a beautiful garden

The House is big and has a nice kitchen and eating place for the hole family. The garden is big and fenced, so the Kids can play save, and the dog can't escape. There is also a separate area with a grill for each apartment with enough space to grill and chill! Thanks for the nice contact, we are looking forward to spend another 2 weeks there.

Schöner Familienurlaub in ruhiger Umgebung m. Hund

Zustand der Wohnung und des ausladenden Grundstücks waren in Ordnung, der Pool und der Yakuzi haben zu unserer täglichen Entspannung beigetragen. Die Haushaltseinrichtung ist etwas spärlich; die Vermieter haben aber alle unsere Wünsche schnellstmöglich erfüllt; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die 1 Toilette für max. 8Personen ist grenzwertig; hat aber irgendwie doch funktioniert...! Großer Erholungsfaktor durch die ruhige Lage. der Strand ist in ca. 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, der Ortskern in ca. 10 Minuten. Sehr kleines Dorf; diverse Restaurants vorhanden - hauptsächlich werden Pizzen angeboten / konsumiert. Strandbar (tagsüber) wird abends zum Restaurant, in dem man sehr gut essen kann. Geprochen wird hauptsächlich Italienisch; gelegentlich funktioniert die Kommunikation auch in Englisch - ist aber nicht Standard. Großer Vergnügungspark ist in der Nähe; dies ist aber nicht hörbar. Der Strand ist schön; (auffällige) Deutsche gibt es nur Wenige. Auch der mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichende Hundestrand hat uns gut gefallen. Für die umliegenden "Straßen" wäre ein Geländewagen aber die wohl beste Wahl; Schlaglöcher/Unebenheiten gibt es hier ohne Ende....; hatten öfter Angst, das Auto am Unterboden zu beschädigen. Insgesamt ist der hier mögliche Entspannungsurlaub zu empfehlen.

Dream Vacation

We really enjoyed the stay at Villa Lidia. We've been there at the beginning of October, which might be the most quiet time of the year to be there. Not many other people on vacation in Castagnetto Carducci. The Villa itself and the garden are very beautiful. We only can recommend, if you need a accomondation in tuscany to concider this nice place.

Un petit coin de paradis

Superbe maison avec un emplacement idéal 30 m de la plage et 100m du centre de la station qui est animée le soir. La maison, le jardin, la piscine et le jacuzzi sont très propres. L'équipement de la maison est au top, il ne manque rien et les propriétaires sont adorables. Je recommande vivement cette location. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

This place is amazing!!!

We are a family with a 2, 5, and 7 year old. This place was everything we wished for and more. ( shade on the hot days, peaceful, kid friendly) Clean and well taken care of. ( the garden is is amazing and gated!! The boys enjoyed the pool and tampoline) we already booked for next year!!!!

superbes vacances

nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes à notre arrivée mais il faut reconnaître que la propriétaire s'est donné un mal fou pour les résoudre rapidement ! La location et surtout la terrasse et le superbe jardin nous ont permis de passer d'excellentes vacances à 6 adultes sans jamais se marcher les uns sur les autres ! De tout repos, mis à part le bruit du chauffage la nuit ! A recommander !

Ottimo soggiorno a villa Lidia

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa dal 22 al 29 agosto e ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili a ogni nostra richiesta. La casa è risultata essere come era stata descritta, accessoriata, pulita e molto accogliente. La cucina è attrezzata molto bene con stoviglie più che sufficienti ed un'ottima lavastoviglie. Anche l'esterno è molto curato, bello il parco e carini i giochi per i bambini . È stata anche molto utile la piscina che ci ha permesso di trascorrere dei pomeriggi sereni e riposanti. Il fatto poi che la struttura si trovi a pochi minuti dal mare è stato molto gradevole. Anche i negozi e i ristoranti sono vicini e si possono raggiungere in bicicletta comodamente. Oltretutto nel cortile della villa ci sono due biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a contatto con la natura, allietati dal cinguettio degli uccellini e vicinissimi al mare. Ringraziamo I proprietari che sono stati molto gentili e speriamo di tornare in un prossimo futuro. Rosalba e Giorgio

Poteva essere meglio

La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, il parco anche. Per la piscina possiamo dire che la prima settimana era quasi passabile, mentre nella seconda era ormai diventata una pozza verde. Che dire? Pagato 2 settimane, usufruito una. Oltretutto gli interventi in piscina sono stati svolti al mattino, pregiudicando per tutto il giorno la possibilità di utilizzarla.

Peacefull paradise close to the Beach

We enjoyed again the perfectly located Villa Lydia in Marina di Castagneto and had a great time on the nearby beach, at the pool, on the spacious terrasse and the kids playing in the garden around the house. Shops and restaurant are withing walking distance. The tenants are very friendly and helpful. We will come back!

SUPER VACANZA TUTTO RELAX

Giornate fantastiche, sole e caldo ci hanno permesso di goderci questa vacanza in una casa molto molto bella, attrezzata di tutto, con una piscina sempre pulita, il giardino è stupendo, grande e perfetto per i bambini, assistenza impeccabile da parte dei proprietari, le grandi spiagge di sabbia sono veramente a due passi, ma abbiamo fatto anche gite all'interno gustando le specialità della zona ottimi ristoranti. ................................Wonderful days, warm and sun, we enjoyed this holiday, very nice house , full equipped, with a swimming pool every day cleaned, the garden is amazing, great and perfect for the kids, super assistance from the owners, the large sandy beaches are just two minutes, but we also went in the country side enjoying the specialties of the area.

Sehr schönes Haus, mit großem Garten in Strandnähe

Sehr schönes Haus im toskanischem Stil. Großer Garten unter Pinien, daher angenehm schattig. Die Terrasse ist großzügig und der Pool ist in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Direkt am offenen Kamin kann man toll grillen und gemütlich am Freisitz den Abend genießen. Unseren Kinder 10, 8 und 5 hat besonders der Pool (wird fast täglich gereinigt), Tisch-Kicker und Tischtennisplatte gefallen (wir hatten eigene Schläger dabei). Zum Strand sind es wirklich nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Die beiden größeren Kinder haben wir auch mal allein vorgeschickt. Am Strand feiner Stand und eine Sandbank im Meer. Unsere Fünf-Jährige konnte -30m weit darauf stehen. Restaurants sind in nur wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir waren insgesamt 3 Wochen dort (letzte Augustwoche und die ersten beiden Septemberwochen). Das Wetter war super. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich und legen darauf wert, dass sich die Mieter wohlfühlen. Alles war prima und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

"This was very good vacat...

"This was very good vacation.Marina and Nikola was very friendly and support us with all needed.Also, Vila Lidia was the most beautiful place in Marina de Castaneto Carsucci we walk around and was sure that we made a right choice. The only thing that we were company of 4 adults + 2 children and rented the 1st floor, for such company second bathroom needed! We made a barbeque (Shahlik) and grill fish, sea is 7 minutes walk very attractive for children (sandy beach). I rent a car in Levorno and we enjoyed Tuscany by sightvisiting by car. Overall it was fantastic vacation."

"Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 settimane ad agosto ed è stato veramente un piacere. La casa è arredata con cura e conforme alla descrizione. Abbiamo portato anche i nostri due cani che sono stati benissimo nel giardino di proprietà; le recinzioni sono alte e adatte quindi a persone con cani al seguito. Il parco è molto curato e ottimo per famiglie con bambini. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza senza macchina!!! La casa è a due passi dalla spiaggia e a 5 minuti dal centro del paese! Molto molto bella, ci torneremo sicuramente!!"

"Très beau jardin fermé, idéal pour les parties de cache-cache avec les enfants et le chien. Terrasse très agréable. La mer est toute proche, la région est magnifique. Les proprio et Valerio sont très sympathiques. Seul hic le bruit du chauffe eau et du chauffage (avril) et le petit du dessus qui pleurait tous les jours. Nous y retournerons certainement, location très bien située. "
