bathroom, panoramic terrace.
The villa has a swimming pool with outdoor areas, solarium, gazebo and barbecue.
The sea can be reached in few minutes.
From our location you can easily reach:

- Bagheria and its historic villas
- Porticello (ancient seaside village) where you can dine in one of the numerous fish restaurants or attend the fish market
- Aspra (seaside village) and the museum of the anchovy
