  • Villa Lippo Montefalcone is a charming Liberty-style villa, traditionally considered the birthplace of the medieval painter Lippo Memmi, surrounded by gardens, olive groves and private woodland in the Tuscan countryside between Lucca, Pisa and Florence. It offers 5 bedrooms for up to 10 guests, a perfect blend of history and modern comfort.

    On request, a private suite apartment on the ground floor can be added, with its own kitchen and bathroom and easy access for guests with reduced mobility.

    Relax by the private pool, cook together in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with charcoal BBQ, or let our private chef take care of dinner. The villa's vineyard is a beautiful setting for intimate ceremonies.

    Villa Medicea Flaherty is just a 5-minute walk through our private forest, so the two villas work perfectly together for weddings, family reunions and group retreats. On request: private chef, pizza parties, cooking classes, wine tastings and transfers.
