"This cabin was the perfect spot for exploring Mt Shasta. Close to the town for shopping and dining. Cute little campground vibe. Beautiful at night with lights and fire pits. Very easy check in. The 2 bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Living room and dining/kitchen area very roomy. Very comfortable for 3 adults. Would highly recommend if someone is looking for a quaint cabin in the woods vibe but with all the amenities for comfort."

"It was spacious, but we were overall dissatisfied with the quality of the cabin (a refurbished single wide trailer) that we were assigned. The front door was flimsy and didn’t close property. We had to pull and jiggle.. needless to say we didn’t feel that safe. The place was clean on the surface, but the windows had caked on dirt that was pretty gross."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Banyan cabin. It was very tranquil and allowed us to destress very easily. The cabin is in excellent condition with the kitchen bearing a nice modern look. There was a washer and dryer in the cabin which allowed us to wash some of our clothes no problem. Management was nice and friendly and helped us check into the cabin easily. The neighborhood is very quiet, except for a couple of trains that pass by (we didn't mind the trains though). Overall, I'd...

"Our room was recently updated and clean. The only issues were that our upstairs neighbors clomped around like elephants and for some reason after 24 hours, our key cards stopped working. Staff replaced them promptly. Often there was no one at the front desk; staff was available by phone."
