This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. It was always warm in the room. After the second morning we noticed that our suitcase was wet. This was because there was a MAJOR leak in the ceiling which began above the suitcase holder and continued for at least the rest of the length of the room. There is no shuttle (as advertised) to the beach and no signs as to where to even begin to walk to the beach. The pool area completely closes down at 7:00pm which is ridiculous for a "4 star" hotel in the summer. Would not recommend staying here and will not be returning. However, breakfast buffet was ample and the staff was lovely.

Il ceckin è avvenuto dopo le ore 15.30 nonostante sulla mail fosse specificato 10.30. Ambiente abbastanza pulito ma nella stanza capelli a terra. Terrazino e sedie intorno al tavolo sporche di terra. Sinceramente sulla struttura niente da dire...sul ceck-aut invece alcune cose da dire...ho fatto 2 notti e mi hanno messo nel conto 3...abbiamo mangiato io e mi moglie 2 contorni e mi hanno messo 2 pasti completi,ho dovuto far vedere alla reception il messaggio di conferma di Expedia dopodiché sono andati a controllare e mi hanno dato ragione,poi hanno controllato anche il pasto dopo mia insistenza e mi hanno dato ragione...alla fine ho chiesto se potevamo usufruire della piscina visto che partivano dopo pranzo e mi hanno chiesto di pagare altre 15€,sinceramente in altri hotel che sono stato nn mi hanno mai chiesto un supplemento in più...sono rimasto deluso,da un hotel a 4 stelle nn mi aspettavo questi mezzucci c spillare altri soldi ai clienti...APRITE GLI OCCHI...

A short drive (5 mins) from everything,could have walked, this hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our room was big and had a large balcony. Breakfast was very good. Above all else, the staff were wonderful. Nothing was a trouble to them. I would definitely return.

Não fiz o check-in pois o hotel estava fechado. Não havia ninguém na recepção. Embora a área externa estivesse limpa, havia um aspecto de abandono, pois as bandeiras estavam com a pintura desgastada e rasgadas pelo vento. Tive que procurar outro hotel na cidade para me hospedar. No dia seguinte, voltei ao hotel e também não havia ninguém , nem na recepção ou áreas internas, tudo fechado.

Friendly hotel

The staff could not do enough to help and breakfast was ready and waiting for us each morning. We had an issue with the shower being broken, instead of making us move rooms they simply gave us a key to the room next door as it was empty so we could use both rooms with no fuss.

Not bad but not worth the money

Wifi did not work in the room even though this was announced. It worked poorly at the lobby. There was no hot water coming out of the shower one night. Breakfast was really not representing a 4*-Hotel at all and the servers didn't seem to care about the guests. I didn't feel comfortable to walk home to the hotel after dark . But the rooms were very clean and well maintained. It wasn't bad but I wouldn't recommend it either.

hotel bellissimo, vicinissmo al mare solo 8 minuti a piedi. siamo stati accolti dal direttore il sig.Stefano che si è messo subito a disposizione dandoci la camera alle 10,00, nonostante la dovessimo prendere alle 15,00. Il parcheggio è gratuito le camere nuove e degni di un hotel a 4 stelle(superiore amio avviso) la colazione è stata abbondante e ottima, ho letto recensioni in cui i clienti lamentavano la non disponibilità dello steff, tutto il contrario molto gentili e sorridenti. la chicca è stato il giorno successivo, dove abbiamo conosciuto la proprietaria persona estremamente cordiale e gentile, ci ha fatto visitare l'hotel che ribadisco veramente bello, . abbiamo chiesto di potere restare l'auto posteggiata nella struttura , per goderci la giornata di mare, ma in piu'la cosa che mi rimarrà per sempre è stata la cordialità dello staff che ci ha permesso, gratuitamente di usufruire della camera fino alle 17,30 senza costi aggiuntivi, permettendoci di cambiarci e lavarci dopo una giornata di mare.......perfetti!
