Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and another full bathroom with a shower.
This luxury residence comes complete with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, smart TVs, a washing machine, and a dishwasher to ensure a pleasant and worry-free stay.

Villa Marcello's strategic location allows guests easy access to the Guidaloca beach, the picturesque village of Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo, and the renowned Zingaro Nature Reserve. Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible except from 20 July to 23 August (Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, 2 changes per week of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms, welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
City tax not included: 1,50 € per night, per person (to be paid in cash on arrival), excluding children up to 12 years, max 6 nights.

The swimming pool (10 meters by 4 meters, depth 1.50 meters) is open from 29/03 to 8/11.

The following might be to be paid extra: Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.
