  • Immerse yourselves in the luxury and tranquillity of our exclusive villa, an oasis of peace and beauty in the heart of Sicily. The villa is surrounded by a lush garden of 1350 sqm, rich in fruit trees such as olive trees, citrus fruits, pomegranates and Chinese mandarins.

    The property features a private swimming pool of 5x10 metres, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. The pool solarium, of 250 sqm, is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, deck chairs and a table with chairs, ideal for enjoying the Sicilian sun.

    For your moments of relaxation, the villa offers several relaxation areas, including an external kitchen with a large table for 10 people and a welcoming corner with sofas. Furthermore, there is a lava stone barbecue for your outdoor grilling.

    The villa has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower and a service bathroom with washing machine. For your convenience, there are also 2 external showers.

    The location of the villa is strategic, allowing you to easily reach natural and cultural destinations such as the Zingaro Nature Reserve, the Tonnara di Scopello, the splendid beach of Castellammare del Golfo, the beach of S.Vito lo Capo, the archaeological Temple of Segesta, Selinunte, Erice, Trapani and Palermo. Palermo and Trapani-Birgi airports are respectively 35km and 50km away.

    The villa is located within the Le Palme residence, a few kilometres from the historic Tonnara di Scopello, one of the most important and ancient museums in Sicily. In the nearby bay, you will have the opportunity to swim in crystal-clear waters.

    We are 1.9 km from Guidaloca beach, 2 km from Cala Rossa and 30 km from San Vito lo Capo with its splendid beach and the Zingaro Reserve.
