"A professional hotel with good airport pick up, most things as expected with a couple of small dissapointments. the first being there are only glasses in the room and no cups for hot drinks, the second, and all too common these days, no shelf in the shower to put your own wash stuff"

"The bedding was not cleaned. Where my skin touched the pillow area, I developed hives. I have to add a T shirt on top of the pillow to reduce the allergy reaction. The amenities was not changed. The room was very hot. Not sure there were any settings to make it cooler. "

"The desk staff and housekeeping were great. The room was excellent, modern and well designed. The location is well suited for walking one of the greatest cities I have visited. "

"Very clean and stylish bedroom. Some noise late at night but nothing to stop sleep and was definitely quiet after midnight. Really comfortable bed and slept through till breakfast which is unusual for us! Lovely staff who were so helpful with any questions we had. Location was great, loved walking through all the walkways. Lots of little cafes, restaurants and stores. Would most definitely stay again. "

"The guy at the registration desk was very rude to the group of guys ahead of me. Your hotel seems to be the poster child for Europeans being sick of the tourism. I get it, but you’re in the wrong business."
