"Lovely hotel, excellent location but not a 5 star hotel. Broken sun loungers left stacked and dumped near the pool. The check in was very slow, no 5 star welcome, no offer to take bags to room. The pool bar is very run down and extremely overpriced. Not a hotel I would return to, Barcelona has a lot more choice if you are looking for 5 star. Shame as these little things could really make the difference."

"The staff was friendly and the room was fine. The significant construction right outside the hotel door overwhelmed any positives with the stay. Crime in the area is a concern. Thieves in attempted to steal our luggage right out of the back of the cab as we were departing the hotel on Saturday at 8am. "
