"Front Desk Personnel are rude,Ice is not available,Breakfast is terrible,We wasted a day of our stay as they said they were moving us to the other room due to water leak then later told us they can wait till we check out we stuck around in the hotel thinking we were moving for nothing.Molds in Shower,often miss putting toilet paper when room is made up,bed is too firm bad for our back,"

The staff were all amazing, very nice place. It would be a pleasure to visit & stay again. Everybody loved it, the beach in the morning was perfect. Even the beach was being cleaned early in the morning & all through the day. Spanish culture & lifestyle, absolute perfection. Could describe the positivity infinitely. 100% recommend. "The staff were all very kind and spoke English to me. They were very knowledgeable and helped me save lots of money with the bus/train connections. I did not try the food but the ocean front room I had was PERFECT! The hotel is located on the strip and next to all the things. The only thing I didn't like is the pool wasn't open as it is not the "season" yet. I would have liked for them to notate that on their website. I will be back!"
