"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"Positives: Check in and driver/doorman were professional and friendly. Check in efficiency was amazing - the line was long! Room was big and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was large and amenities were nice. Evening meal and service was good. Disappointed in: Breakfast was mediocre. Fruit wasn't ripe; pastries dry / stale. Not much choice especially for a hotel of this size. The airport shuttle is not complimentary. Not expensive but it seems the majority of the patrons stay due to the proximity to the airport, it would be a nice perk."

"This hotel is close to Malpensa Airport and advertises shuttle services to and from. I was unable to contact them for a ride from the airport; but the morning shuttle to the airport was on time and timely. A couple of glitches occurred. I left a wake up request for 6 am; instead it came at 5. I had dinner in the spacious restaurant. I ordered the porcini with tagliatelle, which is in season. The kitchen did not properly clean the porcini (I know from experience this takes some care and time) and the resulting sauce was gritty. Not good. But the rest of the dinner experience was fine. Good wine list, good service. Just need to be more careful in the kitchen prep."

"Uber from Airport to Hotel was about 100 Euro so utilize the hotel shuttle. Shuttle is by reservation only and limited to 8 pax. Do message the hotel 72 hrs prior so you can get the latest instruction for catching the free shuttle."
