Nestled in the peaceful hillside just above Taormina, Villa Nerea is a stylish multi-level retreat offering panoramic mountain views, modern interiors, and excellent outdoor living. Designed for comfort, the villa features a private pool and a heated mini pool with hydromassage, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Taormina.

Villa Nerea is arranged over four levels and 260 sqm.
Ground Floor
The ground floor hosts a spacious open-plan room (approx. 80 sqm), ideal as a family suite. It features one double bed and two single beds, accommodating up to 4 guests, along with a bathroom with shower.

First Floor
The heart of the villa is located on the first floor, with a large open-plan living area combining kitchen, lounge, and dining space. The kitchen is well equipped, while the living area includes a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a Smart TV. This floor also features a bathroom with shower and a washing machine.

Second Floor
The second floor offers two elegant bedrooms:
• A refined junior suite with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, two balconies, and a terrace;
• A flexible twin/double room (approx. 30 sqm) with a private bathroom with shower;

Third Floor
The top floor hosts a beautifully designed bedroom (approx. 35 sqm), featuring a double bed, an additional single bed, and a bathtub within the room, creating a stylish and relaxing atmosphere. A bathroom separate is also available on this level.

OUTDOOR
The private garden is furnished with outdoor seating, creating a pleasant setting for al fresco moments. The main highlight is the private swimming pool (8x4m; 1.2m – 1.5m deep; open all year), alongside a heated mini saltwater pool with hydromassage (can be heated to max. 32 degrees Celsius, dependant on weather), ideal for unwinding at any time of day.
A terrace with mountain views and outdoor bar area provides an additional space to relax.
