Tenuta Bonelli is a historic winemaking company with 835 hectares of land straddling the boundary between the Chianti Classico and Chianti Colli Senesi areas. The apartments of Tenuta Bonelli represent an oasis of tranquillity in the green Tuscan landscapes just 16 kms away from Siena. With spectacular views of the Tuscan landscape these two pleasant stone houses have been restored and 2 independent apartments have been created. The two houses named La Fattoria and La Capanna have air-conditioning available in all the bedrooms. A large garden and a swimming pool separate the two buildings. Guests share a sun terrace and the swimming pool (10x4 mts depth 1,50 mts) overlooking the olive trees.The property is also ideal for hosting large groups of up to 19 people who want to celebrate special events. Laundry room available close the main house. This is the perfect base for exploring this enticing area of Tuscany. Castelnuovo Berardenga is the nearest village, just 4 km away from the property. Siena town and the best know Chianti villages are here all within easy reach.
La Capanna is a picturesque cottage with a big private sitting -out covered area, with wonderful views to the vineyards. Sleeps 8 – 98 sqm- on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room with fire place, sofa and tv; kitchen corner (fridge with freezer and electric mini oven). Going down 3 steps there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. A flight of steps from the ground floor leads to the first floor with 2 double bedrooms (both twin on request) and one bathroom with shower. Air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. The prices are per apartment and they include (water, gas, electricity) linen changed weekly, air conditioning in summer, central heating in winter and final cleaning. Use of the pool open from the 1st of May to the 7th of October 2025 (10x 4 m, depth 1.50 m). Baby cot and high chair available on request (for free). Wireless internet connection available for free. BBQ available.
