Corte Monteleone - Family Suite

Let yourself be enchanted by the authentic charm of Corte Monteleone, a carefully renovated courtyard house that combines the warmth of exposed stone and wooden beams with modern comfort. The family suite, consisting of two rooms, will welcome you in a romantic and relaxing atmosphere, with a double bed, coffee corner, refrigerator, sofa bed, bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, bidet, and air conditioning.

In the historic centre of Castelnuovo del Garda, just a few minutes from Gardaland, Caneva, and cycling and food and wine routes, it is the ideal refuge after a day immersed in nature, culture, and entertainment. In the immediate vicinity: pastry shop, pizza by the slice, restaurants, ice cream parlours, shops, and pharmacy.

The structure has 3 housing units. The suite also offers TV, Wi-Fi, child's armchair bed, shared laundry with washing machine and dryer, and private parking for small/medium-sized cars with a narrow entrance (free public parking 50 m away). As this is a tourist rental, only final cleaning (not daily) and the first set of linen with a welcome kit are included.



The final price is composed of:

- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, on behalf of whom Regarda acts

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, sheets, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
