The 150 m² holiday home 'Homely Feeling' is centrally located in Castelnuovo del Garda and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and its own balcony and can therefore accommodate 12 people. 2 of the single beds in one of the rooms can be made a double bed. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), fans, a washing machine, 5 TVs and air conditioning.

Guests have access to a shared garden with seating furniture and can cook delicious meals outside on the grill. Each bedroom has a private balcony which is the perfect place to relax with a refreshing drink.

Thanks to the convenient location of the holiday home, all the essentials are within walking distance. The nearest restaurant is just 4 minutes away on foot (300 m) and there is a supermarket just 3 minutes away on foot (250 m). A large selection of restaurants, bars and shops can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. The shores of the beautiful Lake Garda are just a 12-minute drive away (6.8 km). The nearest airport is in Verona, just 21 minutes away by car (15.5 km), so your holiday can start as soon as you land.
