The staff was very friendly and helpful. Felix was super quick in getting our luggage to our room and very friendly. The hotel in general was a very good stay, comfortable and clean. 5 star in my book.

Our apartment was very spacious and stylishly decorated, with direct access to the garden and pool. The fridge was stocked with milk, yoghurt, cheese, ham and jams. Every morning, you received bread and a small pastry. However, it might have been nice to have a bit more variety for breakfast. The location was good for us. It’s out of the very centre of Lisbon, but it is located just 10/15 minutes walk away from the old area of Lisbon.

Only night stay. Everything was satisfactory.

Hotel is at a very convenient and safe location, right beside Liberdade avenue, and within walking distance to Chiado. Room is clean and well maintained

Excellent workshops everyday incl walking tours (not a good guide though), lobby amenities were great, reception staff helpful, Expedia room upgrade wasn’t available, carpet in the room not good. Location is fantastic, restaurant was average for dinner though breakfast was very, very good.
