I do not have enough good things to say about this hotel. This was our 15th hotel in 25 days as we travelled around Europe and it was our FAVORITE. We were happy we had saved the best for last. The restaurants were amazing, the concierge so helpful with hiking recommendations, and the location truly cannot be beat.

fabolous stay at this resort. Missed a few marks, didnt service my wine when was ordered, also the reception notified me of additional payment for a 3rd person 24 hours before arrival when this was booked 3 months in advanced. Otherwise splendid stay, will come again.

It was marvellous as in last year . There is a change of ownership but most staffs remain. The only thing was I’m not too crazy about the new colour in the room & the reno in the main dining but that’s just personal preference.

O quarto é bom. O spa com muitas crianças na piscina não fiscalizam o horário permitido de crianças. A vista do hotel possui um lift em frente obstruindo a montanha. O staff é educado mas a gerente é mal educada.

Excellent service overall. However, massages were subpar. Make sure to check your final bill thoroughly as they put random charges to ours including charges for welcome drinks(which are free). We had them remove it manually.

Amazing alpina

Best hotel ever!!! Actually alpina dolomites almost ruined our trip in Italy because after such amazing experiences in alpina nothing was good enough for us thereafter. Real first class hotel and staff. The food was craaaaazy good too. P.s: bike tour with alex is not a choice, it’s a must!!!

Just superb. Would come back as soon as we can.

This was an amazing hotel and felt spoiled the entire 3 days we were there. As soon as we arrived, we were given welcome drinks and a personal welcome from the manager Julien. The room was spacious with amazing views. The bathroom was huge. Lily at the front desk was also extremely helpful in helping us decide which hikes to tackle. We decided to hike on our own but there were also plenty of organized hikes and activities the hotel offers for those interested. The pool was amazing as well as the spa. They also provide afternoon snacks when you come back from a long hike which was so nice. Breakfast and dinner were also included. At dinner, you pay for drinks only. The food was great. The location was superb. The staff was so friendly. Honestly, we have nothing bad to say about this hotel (and that says a lot since we travel a lot) and would come back as soon as we can.
