Everything was perfect, from the location across the street from the Archeological Museum where Otzi resides, to proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and the Funivia that takes you up into the spectacular hill country above the city. The hotel and staff were top notch. The bed was super comfortable and everything was high tech. This hotel is only 3 years old, and is equipped with the most modern of amenities. Would definitely recommend without reservation. "

"The location was perfection - close to the buses, the lifts for hikes, and the shops. With the new renovations, the hotel was new and so comfortable. The only gripe I had is the hot tub. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was for the hot tub and it was luke warm. Overall, still an amazing hotel and would definitely book again! "
