Loved our stay here with a beautiful view with a balcony to sit on. Staff were friendly, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The heated pool with a view on a rainy day follow by the sauna was the highlight. Would love to come back if I’m back in the area.
Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The view was amazing and everything felt like a true 5 star experience.
The staff was so friendly and the restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast was included.
We only stayed here for 2 nights but didn’t want to leave and really wished we had booked at least an extra night.
This place was great. Best bedding on our whole trip. Great room, huge in fact. Breakfast was great too, large assortment of items, fixed eggs however I wanted them.
What can I say….5 stars all round. We had an exceptional stay. We have been travelling Europe for the last month staying is some stunning hotels along the road….nothing compares to the Sonus Alpis. The beds wow, service is spot on, views to die for and possible the best breakfast selection anywhere in the world. I will be back. Plus parking is FREE 😁
The property was beautiful. The setting was off the charts. We arrived at night. The next morning we woke up, open the blinds and were greeted with a front row seat to the spectacular peaks of the Dolomites. Exceeded our expectations. Town was minutes away by car or shuttle bus. Breakfast was great also.
Peaceful, relaxing, quaint, elegant. Wonderful staff. Incredible views. A bit warm at night bc no A/C and although there is a door and balcony, not much air circulation. The staff was wonderful though and provided us with a fan. Adorable bar. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Free bus to cable car. A bit of a drive to Ortesi however.
Nothing short of a fantastic experience! Florian, the front desk manager could not do enough. He made sure every aspect of our 3 day stay was spectacular. The chef outdid himself on the 2 dinners we had there. The 2 level suite was spectacular - of course when you have the greatest view of the Dolomites, who could want for more!
It's all what you expect from that kind of money. Except for the sleep quality! No A/C. Thick winter blankets for warm summer nights, okay... Open windows lead to mosquito attacks. Comfortable sleep is 70% of what a hotel is. Unfortunately it wasn't.
Our hotel experience was great. Staff was friendly. Thee negatives, albeit minor- they did not have a steamer or iron for us to borrow, no air conditioning, and their relaxation room was closed around 9 or 10. During our stay it was warm and the ventilation in the room even with all the doors and windows open did not keep us cool, and the comforters are thick, which makes you choose between not being covered while you sleep and being exceptionally hot. Breakfast was amazing. Staff is friendly, kind, and extremely gracious to two non-Italian speaking tourists. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is quiet, yet just a short drive to both town and up the mountain. The hotel also provides a bus pass which is a nice touch.
One of the most stunning hotels we have ever had the privilege of visiting. The staff were absolutely incredible and patient with us English-speakers. On our first night, we arrived quite late after a train delay and long drive, and though dinner was over, they were kind enough to prepare a meat and cheese platter for us. Breakfast each day was a treat, with a great assortment of breads, pastries, yogurt, meats, cheeses, and made-to-order eggs and coffee drinks. Dinner was nothing short of magical, with creatively prepared food and dining outside on the patio as the sun set and reflected orange and pink on the mountains. We received a free room upgrade, likely due to our One Key status, and it was absolutely stunning—perfect views of the mountains and a mini kitchenette and living/dining area. A free bus pass was included with our stay, though it’s an easy drive to Alpe di Suisi (only before 9am) or Ortisei to take the gondola up to Seceda. All in all, we had the most perfect stay and would love to come back one day.
Beautiful family owned hotel in the Dolomites. The greeting was amazing with a wine. The breakfast was great. The room was small but had a balcony with the the view of the mountains. The infinity pool was amazing.
This place was great. Best bedding on our whole trip. Great room, huge in fact. Breakfast was great too, large assortment of items, cooked eggs anyway I requested.
