Amazing home in Saint Cyprien with WiFi

The stone house in the Dordogne is a charming vacation spot. It has been recently renovated and exudes a rustic charm with exposed beams, stone walls and flagstone floors and offers picturesque views of the countryside. The house offers plenty of space with two bedrooms on the first floor and an adjoining shower room. The first floor also has a spacious living room with exposed beams and comfortable sofas. An open stone fireplace adds character to the room. The open plan kitchen offers modern conveniences and beautiful views of the valley and swimming pool. There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor. The property is located on an estate in the hills of the village of Castels and Bézenac and has a private heated 8 x 4 m swimming pool, a pool terrace with sun loungers and a covered pool house. Key amenities include air conditioning in the two bedrooms on the second floor and in the living room, as well as underfloor heating in the winter months. In addition, the owner has a second vacation home nearby without a fence, ensuring privacy for both rental properties with separate access and parking. The house sits on 12 hectares of land with woods and meadows as well as hiking areas and offers a great view of the Dordogne valley.
