"Elena, una persona que disfruta su trabajo y lo transmite con alegría en las recomendaciones y en el trato. Las instalaciones, por poner un detalle mínimo, un poco descuidadas, no tenía batería el reloj de la decoración, quizá mejor eliminarlo... La tostadora de pan (que mejor no usamos) llena de migas al fondo. Los marcos del la puertande entrada estaban rotos. Poca señal de internet y la antena de televisión no servía los días que estuvimos, aunque Elena estuvo muy atenta para buscar...

"No me gustó el primer apartamento que me dieron puesto que estaba sucio y olía mal pero al reclamar me ofrecieron otra habitación que estaba en mejores condiciones. No me gustó que no reserven habitaciones de no mascotas no fumadores. No me gustó que al entrar oliera a un ambientador tóxico disruptor endocrino que me hizo estar tosiendo una hora. "The property was spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with new, high spec appliances and loads of pots, pans, gadgets and crockery. Living and dining area was good for up to 8 adults max. Bedrooms in the basement were adequate but poorly ventilated with no windows. Location in village was great with stunning views from parking area which doubled as terrace and eating area shared with 2 other properties so outdoor eating wasn't very practical and so very disappointing for a summer holiday....

"We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Villanovilla. Het huis blijft heerlijk koel, ondanks de warmte buiten. Ook de tuin is heerlijk en heeft genoeg schaduw. Inchecken gaat via een sleutelkastje. Dit ging prima. In de keuken vindt je alles wat je nodig hebt. We hebben heerlijk gewandeld in de omgeving, gebadderd in het riviertje en heerlijk gegeten in het plaatselijke restaurant. Het huis ligt in het dorp en niet daarbuiten, zoals op de kaart in de advertentie is te zien. "

"La descripción del alojamiento coincide a la perfección. Hay que decir que pasamos menos frio del esperado, gracias a la chimenea y que llevábamos bastante leña, para la estancia. La única pega, que ya nos advertía la guía, era que no hay extractor y la cocina se llena de humo al cocinar, es un poco problema ya que hay q abrir las ventas y se escapa el calor. Pero bueno, en general el alojamiento esta bien, no nos podemod quejar."

"The walls were very thin, but luckily we did not have noisy neighbors. The first impression is that it is dingy, but the room is comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a walkable area, so you must park on the street (free) if you can find a spot or in the parking garage down the block and carry your luggage to the hotel.
