"The hotel's facilities were great. The reception staff were exceptional, very friendly and incredibly helpful, including advice about an adventure company in Jaca that took my son canyoning - it was a great recommendation. I would unfortunately have to say that the only exception to the fantastic service would be the staff in the dining room who came across as unapproachable and not very helpful."

"We booked this hotel as a midway stop while travelling between the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts of Spain. The hotel is bang in the city centre so our room was small but well planned. The underground parking is a complete nightmare the first time you drive into it - the words narrow and labyrinthine spring to mind. Basic but nice
"This is a no frills place to stay. That said, the staff are lovely, breakfast is nice and very good value. Our room smelt heavily of cigarettes, so we had to have the balcony doors open all night to clear it. The shower head in the bathroom was broken so it sprayed water at the ceiling and there were dead flies. That said it was functional and ok for what it is. Wouldn’t stop me going there again as a stop over."
