    It is a one-bedroom apartment of approximately 50 square metres consisting of:
    - a fully equipped kitchen
    - a living room with a dining table, a sleeper sofa, and satellite TV
    - a bathroom with a walk-in shower
    - a double bedroom overlooking an interior courtyard
