"Beautiful hotel"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is a little far of everything but the stay was affordable. The room was okay. Its needs some updates and the walls need some retouch of painting. The breakfast was very good and have varieties to eat. "

"We booked this hotel because it said they have airport shuttle and it is 10 min away from airport since we are leaving early in the morning, however there was no shuttle service, although they will help you to call car service. So I felt this info was incorrect and misleading. We had to take taxi into center of Florence and took taxi back, we would booked other hotel in center of the city. Other than that, People were nice , we have no other issues. "

"Clean and spacious room. Nothing fancy, very basic but clean. It was a bit noisy because of the street. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff was amazing. Thank you"

"Rooms are old and the one we had was too noisy and busy specially in the mornings and night when you need to sleep and rest. "

"A bit old hotel - some parts of the room are damaged - but in actual, everything is well. Garage costs 10EUR/night."

"We had 5 nights there. The room’s power circuit breaker would trip around 11:30 pm every night, and we would sleep without power. Also, there was a very slow shower drain, and a puddle of water would form afterward. Reported the issue, but not resolved, but changed the room on the final night. Breakfast was one of the best we have seen during our visit; the Staff were friendly!"
