Enchanting apartment with breathtaking sea views, located on the first floor of a villa consisting of only 6 apartments, and located on the western pedestrian promenade, in Via Roma. The apartment is accessed from the main road, via a driveway gate that leads to the private parking space (for small cars). An external staircase leads to the first floor, to the terrace of the apartment, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the port of Castiglione. The terrace is covered by an awning and is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals. From the terrace you access the living room with kitchenette equipped with natural gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and oven, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bedroom with access to a balcony with washing machine and external sink. The renovated bathroom has a shower cubicle and window. From the apartment there is direct access to the boardwalk via a pedestrian gate avoiding busy streets. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, one unit is in the living room and one in the master bedroom, ensuring a pleasant environment even on the hottest days. There is also fast WiFi internet and an water reservoir tank.
The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family with two children, offering a welcoming retreat and spectacular views of the Tuscan coast.
