Situated in the private park of Roccamare, just 3 Kms from Castiglione della Pescaia and 8 Kms from The Golf course of Punta Ala, the Villa has 6 ensuite double Bedrooms of which 3 can be converted in twin bedrooms, a large living-room with dining area and a well equipped and modern kitchen, plus 1 more Toilet for guests. The villa Alba Chiara, with air conditioned, is surrounded by a beautiful private garden of 5.000 sqm. It also comprises a big veranda facing on the garden with dining table and BBQ and 4 large parking places. On the basement you will find the laundry, and 1  double bedroom with bathroom for domestic staff.
