"This stone cottage in the mountains of Malaga province was quaint and cozy. It's part of a camp site with several other such cottages, so you don't feel isolated. There's a pool, but it was closed (for the fall season?). The surrounding woods were fenced off so we couldn't hike much, but walking within the grounds was pleasant.

"Great affordable place to stay right on the beach. Reception was outstanding l, so friendly and helped us park our rental car in the parking garage. Bed was massive, bathroom could do with some TLC but ok. Beach was right there! Restaurants were many at good prices."

"A beautiful apartment in a lovely location! Comfy beds, lovely en-suite shower rooms, great furniture and well equipped kitchen. Lovely view not to the front and rear - a stones throw to the beach and to the old town!
A few small things…there was an iron but no ironing board. There were pegs but nothing to hang the washing on and there was no broom to sweep the floor, just a small dustpan and brush!

"We had an absolutely fantastic week here. The villa was in immaculate condition - spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with a wide range of entertainment options that meant we got our perfect, relaxing week away from everything.The pool is very large with lots of room to swim and for the kids to play. It also has the most fantastic views of the surrounding hills, and plenty of loungers to relax either in the sun or the shade. One of the aspects we loved most was the peaceful setting: with no nearby neighbours, it felt wonderfully secluded, ideal for anyone seeking a break from it all.Despite the secluded feel, the villa is located just a 15-minute walk from the charming town of Gaucín, with its cafes, shops, eateries and choice of supermarkets."
"This hotel is a comfortable oasis in the wonderful village of Gaucin. It has a long history of accommodating guests and under these new owners has been upgraded to include good wifi and a wonderful restaurant on the main level. The room was beautifully decorated and looked out over the mountain range and towards the rest of Gaucin. Breakfast buffet each morning was delicious with freshly baked croissants and a host of other offerings. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended!"
