"Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. "

"Such a beautiful and perfectly located property! So spacious and functional. We immediately felt right at home - our family of 4 was very comfortable here. Lynne was always readily available and incredibly responsive. We truly appreciated our time here and would definitely recommend! Thank you for everything Lynne!!"

"The owner took the reservation and the money was charged from my credit card, but he told us we could not stay there and would not cancel the reservation. Vrbi didn't help either. "

"Everything except breakfast is what a 5 star should be. Breakfast is sit down, which is great. But range of what is on offer like the juices, the protein is limited. Gluten free bread was schar, would expect something better at these prices. Other than that, hotel is faultless. Mediterranean restaurant run by chef Alex is very good. Rooms, better than the best hotels in the world. Clientele- no loud Americans which is a surprising and pleasant break from the rest of the hotels in Europe. "
