"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The south end of Topsail island is our favorite, due to less commercialization and a slower pace. It feels more like a little fishing village, which is what it used to be. The location of this house is outstanding, and watching the sunset over the sound was a highlight. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was quite well stocked with utensils if you want to take advantage and cook. This is a really great property for families. Also, the beach side was just a short walk. Just a couple of suggestions that take this from very good to great. One reason we chose this house was it had toys like bikes and kayaks. The bikes weren't in great condition. The toy shed could use some attention and cleanup. And while you could still get to the sound across the street, there was construction that made access a bit challenging. This isn't a game changer but would be good to disclose it. All in all, this was a great trip and we really enjoyed this property. I'd definitely stay here again."
