"We were in Hampstead for a family gathering and the cottage was the perfect stay for our family. The check-in process was very easy and the host was super responsive. We had everything we needed on the property and the house was clean. If we would've brought our pets, I'm sure they would've had a great time in the yard. We would definitely stay here again. "

"A lot of stairs, but a beautiful place to stay. It was nice arrangement for the three bedrooms downstairs and one on the main floor, separation for families.We do recommend a listing of channels on TV you can get in a packet somewhere in the living room. Some of us can't stream. It was NBA time when we were there, so we wanted to watch the game. "

"Overall we were very happy with the amenities provided by the house! The bicycles, the shibumi, toys, boogie boards. It had everything you needed for the beach! The location was a short blocks walk away from the beach and very manageable. Especially since there was also a beach wagon at the house. It was very easy even with our small children. I will say I was disappointed with the cleaning done prior to our arrival. There was black pet hair dust bunnies everywhere and our dog is tan and doesn’t shed. The cloth fans also appeared to not have been cleaned in quite some time. The only other negative note was that the grill had very little to no propane left so we had about 100 worth of meat go bad while trying to cook dinner. I did let the property management know and they responded the next day. Compensation would have been an appreciated offer but there was none. Overall we would consider staying again. "

"The view was amazing to sit on the front deck to have coffee in the morning! The location was great! The kitchen was open and had plenty of room to gather and it had the essentials for cooking. The storage area was nice to have to keep beach chairs in. The house was clean and we enjoyed our time there very much. Plan to go back sometime. "
