"A mixed bag: positives: house was clean and the key lock and parking was convenient, and food and drink supplies very welcome. Negatives: our booking was changed fairly last minute from “the terrace” to a different house “the Mews” for unknown reasons. (So my review is not for this listing, but for “The Mews”.) "Start to finish, the staff were incredibly helpful in explaining what their amenities and services they have, as well as assist me in getting my suite key replaced after I forgot it in my room. They also offer breakfast that is reasonably flexible and the ability to order food from your room at most hours. Room service was done on the daily and you can request refills from the complimentary snack parlour via the phone or in person. Wifi was also provided for free."

"The entire complex was immaculately clean and fresh. The staff were welcoming on arrival and during our stay. The facilities are exceptional as was the breakfast, more than adequate and food quality was superb. The only (very) minor negatives are: The car park is not clearly displayed as being for patrons of the hotel leading to some confusion on arrival. The sofa bed I slept on was as hard as a rock, not very comfortable to be perfectly honest. However, on the whole, an exceptionally good hotel which I would stay in again."

"My son and I had a lovely stay here for one night in a supreme runway room. My son was very impressed as he loves planes. The room was bright and well decorated, the wall art was beautiful. The mattress was softer than I'm used to but still really comfortable, we both had a wonderful nights sleep. The sealant around the window needed replacing, the plug in the bath was permanently in (blocking the plug hole) and the lights under the bathroom counter no longer worked. For these reasons I have knocked a star off. We both really enjoyed watching the planes during the daylight and into the evening. The hotel really is in a lovely position. The gentleman who worked the front desk was very helpful and friendly, as were all the staff. We ate at the restaurant on the evening and the food was lovely. Cooked fresh and tasty. It was a bit on the expensive side but worth it. A bit more choice on the menu would have been good. We also had breakfast which was yum. There was the usual cooked items although fried eggs were missing. The pastries were plentiful and it was nice to see some vegan items. The vegan choice was good also and the cereal choice was brilliant. We loved the late check out time also, it gave me some time to chill out and finish my coffee in the seating area between reception and the restaurant. Overall this is a lovely hotel that was set out really well, in a brilliant position for the airport with loads of secure parking. Will visit again. Thank you to all the staff."

"Overall the room of the hotel was clean and tidy, however there is no air conditioning in the room. With the current summer weather it was quite hot and stuffy in the room. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Parking was difficult but I managed to find a parking space, but it was pretty busy as a car park. Staff on entry were really friendly and helpful. I didn't use the spa or the swimming pool facilities so I can't comment on that"

"The dining area was clean. The breakfast was nice. The staff were polite and friendly. Our room had water dripping all day and night from the A/C unit, causing a wet patch on the carpet which wasn’t very nice at all. Other than this the room was very clean. Unfortunately the pool area needed a clean and also a freshen up with decor and DIY. The showers were not clean. I was using this facility for the first time and didn’t realise there was no complimentary shower gel in the cubicles."
