"We booked this property on the 2nd of April through expedia. The stay was for 4th of April. We recieved a message from Cortney on 3rd with a better offer to relocate us to Sister Property at Tunnel Mountain. When we called the front desk later, we were greeted very nicely by Keiran. He informed us that due to some glitch in system the Rocky Mountain resort was overbooked and he offered us a better propery at Tunnel mountain resort. We accepted the offer. Keiran also allowed us access to the hot tub and pool at both the properties. Hence, we loved our stay at tunnel mountain resort and enjoyed amazing amenities at both the properties. "Enjoyed our staff at the lake Louise inn. Staff are always wonderful, and we love the buffet breakfast in the lodge. We stayed in lodge 2 and it felt a bit outdated and run down but we still had a great stay. Will be back in 2 weeks to stay in a deluxe room this time."

"We had another incredible stay at Fairmont Lake Louise. My family has been coming here for over 30 years, and it continues to exceed expectations every time. The views are absolutely unreal, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the entire property is just stunning. What really stands out is the service — every team member goes above and beyond. We were also celebrating our daughter Mia’s birthday, and the staff made it feel extra special, which meant a lot to us. Truly one of the most beautiful and well-run hotels in the world. Already looking forward to coming back."

"Our room was not cleaned properly prior to checking us in. The tub had dirt and hair in it, and the sink had toothpaste dried all over it. The sheets were not changed. After notifying front desk they sent someone up with a rag and cleaning spray who cleaned the tub/sink. They did nothing about the sheets.. We had to wait until the next morning to ask one of the cleaners to please change over the bedding. Front desk did not seemed concerned about this at all.we will not be staying at this location again. "

"Room was 23.5, tried to adjust it down but you could only change the "cool to" temperature not high range number. Sent text message (as instructed) to their c/s (bot) gave me generic unhelpful response, tried more detailed information- same response. After driving 11 hours straight - I wanted food, a bath and sleep. So I slept with balcony door partly open to cool room down. "
