"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "

Large armoire/closet with drawers, shelves and hanging space so we could fully unpack and stow away the empty suitcases. Steps from the piazza del duomo and the pedestrian street where there were shopping, bars and restaurants. Our host gave us good recommendations for restaurants to try and things to do. I highly recommend it."
