"It’s a beautiful hotel, very clean. The staff are not super friendly. I wasn’t told that I had a credit to the café with my stay. I was told they would call me when my room was ready and they would hold my bags for me, but I had to finally come back and check in myself because I had received no text that day. We came in late after a concert and no one greeted us or said hello. Otherwise, very cute and beautiful, clean hotel with really good coffee and food"

"The staff was nice. The rest was bad. This place has new owners and they are making huge cuts to a place I have been going to 3-4 times a year for last few years. They no longer have a great breakfast. It’s cold, and you have to wait for them to replace trays. Omelettes are now charged and no longer fresh like before. They stopped dinners in the bar and only serve hamburgers ,nuggets and alcohol. The pool is dirty, can’t see a foot into it and there is never towels. The beautiful plants that brought great atmosphere are dying and no longer being cared for. Leaves are falling off of them everywhere and they are droopy. This was once a great family hotel and now the new owners are making cuts that I feel will eventually have the loyal people look elsewhere. It’s sad to see such a great place on its way to being a motel6"

2/10 Terrible

"Absolutely horrible! First night the AC was non functional! We called for assistance, no one showed up. Second night, "engineer" showed up but couldn't fix the AC issue so they provided a box fan. Shortly after the lights went out. We called downstairs and got no answer. After going downstairs TWICE to get the electricity back on, the engineer showed my husband where the circuit breaker box was and that we could do it ourselves. The room was extra small and the entire experience was awful. Very disappointed in Holiday Inn."
