"What a beautiful cabin retreat! The cabin feels very private tucked away just down the hill from the hosts. The balcony overlooking the mountains was a wonderful place to rest and sit in the mornings. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need and the little living area is a perfect spot to sit and watch tv or movies during your stay. It really is the perfect getaway spot for a couple with plenty of parks and outdoor spots in the area and both Denver and Colorado Springs less than an hour away. Recommended!"

"From beginning to end this place exceeded our expectations! Ryan was easy to communicate with and was proactive in reaching out. The location worked out well for day trips to Denver/Red Rocks Amphitheater and to Colorado Springs. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet. The apartment is super clean and incredibly well stocked including snacks, coffee/tea options, towels, linens, etc!! The beds and pillows are comfortable as is the LR furniture. We loved sitting outside and to enjoy the peaceful view. There are so many thoughtful details like hooks in the bathroom and two towel bars, lots of spice options, a detailed information packet on how things work in the apartment, games including the Oculus, etc. We also appreciated their philosophy that we are on vacation and they will take care of all the cleanup! We will 100% book here again whenever we come back to this area! Thanks guys!!"

"The house was lovely, well furnished and in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Host was very responsive to questions. Please be aware that although the rental contract suggests that the host is open to allowing visitors (i.e., people who are not staying at the property) with prior permission, they are very strict about not allowing occupancy on the property above 10 people at ANY time. While I can understand that they don't want parties at the house, we weren't able to invite a few people who live locally over for a meal. The host did offer to cancel our reservation when our request to have a few people over was declined, but our stay was in less than a week's time, so we didn't want to make other arrangements."

"This stay was my 3rd or 4th stay at this apartment. It is clean, quiet and just right for my purposes. I really like the location. It is consistently a place I feel comfortable returning to each time I visit Colorado. And I do plan on visiting again in the future. Thank you for making this a ‘no-brainer’ for me!"
