"Already left the review how an employee charged at me during a snowstorm my room was right next to the back door I was letting my dogs in they both have spinal issues I don't generally put them on a leash for that reason they are also service animals I just recently had cancer surgery and have seizures. He came at me with a condescending attitude told me my dogs weren't paid for I explained they were service animals you very obnoxiously asked me what do they do I told him. He then obnoxiously told me they needed to be on a leash I explained why they weren't he wouldn't accept that and mind you this is during a snowstorm there was nowhere for them to go to the bathroom outside it was all rocks and snow which was challenging already now I'm dealing with this angry human being who brings his obvious anger towards himself most likely into work and takes it out on me no other explanation to be that angry about a leash. Another employee the next day as I was walking one of my dogs with a leash on but wasn't holding it because he has a severe spinal injury scolded me for not touching the leash still during the snow storm and I honestly thought I was on a TV show I couldn't believe he was serious it was like nothing I have ever experienced before like I thought he was joking but he was serious some type of Power Trip didn't like the way I looked I have no idea but I've never felt more unwelcome and disrespected in my life. Calm down and think before you speak to a customer."

"A "nickle and dime" operation. Older building, not accurately represented well in photos. Nothing included at quoted price, even $3 to park in their parking lot and not very secure as when we were loading our car the local sheriff was in the parking lot conducting an report for two vehicles broken into. "

"This was our first time staying in Castle Rock. Our friends recommended this Best Western hotel to us! It was conveniently located right off of HWY 25 and right across from the outlets, which is what brought us to Castle Rock in the first place. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable for our one night stay. The continental breakfast was filled with a lot of options including: omelets, hash browns, waffles, bacon, biscuits and gravy, bagels, fruit, yogurt, muffins, cereal…literally anything a person would want for breakfast! The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel had great pool hours (open until 11:00 p.m.). We will definitely be back to stay here again on our next trip to Colorado. Thank you Best Western! "
