Lovely hotel, great food - all that was missing was a shower

They were doing some work on one of the elevators but that was not a problem. The room was small but fine. It is well located near Queen Street station and a great place to use as a base for visiting the city.

Stayed for only a night and it decent enough for the price and how close it was to the city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful and the check in/check out was super easy and quick. I have seen a bunch of complaints about the noise from other reviews but honestly i didn't hear a thing, possibly due to the fact i stayed on a Thursday night. Hotel was clean. The only downside was the window facing a brick wall, which ruined the experience a little for me which is why i took away a star, the lighting was really dull due to the adjacent brick wall. We didn't make any use of the breakfast so i cant comment on that. Overall it was a good stay due to it being so close to the town centre.
