Stepping inside feels like taking a gentle step back in time, with the walls adorned with fascinating memorabilia, historic photographs, and an array of ornaments and furnishings from the past that beautifully reflect the hotel’s rich heritage. Our room was generously sized, spotless, and offered wonderfully comfortable beds for a restful night’s sleep. The only tiny drawback was the lack of hooks in the bathroom, but this was hardly an issue. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection that also catered thoughtfully for vegetarians. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the staff—warm, professional, and unfailingly courteous, nothing was ever too much trouble. The Bush Hotel is a place full of character and charm, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it. A well-deserved 10 out of 10."
