"We could not get in the front door luckily another tenant let us in and borrow their key for the night. The host didn’t respond for over a hour and a half . The next morning we found moldy food in the microwave that had to have been there for weeks. No toilet paper. The shower does not drain you’re lucky if you have time to clean off before it’s overflowing. Then the host tried to blame me for not contacting her about the problems. The cost is a bit higher than the hotels closer to I-87, but the conditions and comfort of the hotel exceed those of the chains closer to Exit 6 off-ramp. Look forward to staying again next year!"

The staff are all absolutely wonderful and dedicated to making sure all guests are 100% satisfied. Brad, the manager is kind and incredibly efficient, always on top of things. The rooms, are all spacious, and the porch/balcony are great and really set the property apart from others. Beds, Couches, linens, all comfortable, kitchen well stocked, parking is always a breeze. Pools are always clean, grounds clean and well maintained. I wouldnt stay anywhere else. It definitely feels like a village 😄Easy access to fun and necessities. Dont forget to hop over the line into New York, its worth a slow morning drive."
